Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days once shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your SAMMi device all the way to your door.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination and shipping option selected.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [support@sammi-ai.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
